Program Structure
The EmpowerHer Program is divided into two main components: tailoring training and beauty therapy skills training.
The program duration and structure are as follows:
• Program Preparation: 2 Months
• Skills Training: 5 months
• Business of skills training: 1 month
• Internship placement with existing firms: 5 months
• Alumni Association: Ongoing
• Tailoring and Beauty Therapy Training: Participants undergo a five-month initial training program focused on tailoring and beauty therapy skills, conducted by experienced trainers.
• Business Development: Participants receive a one-month mentorship and guidance to develop their career path and entrepreneurial skills, create business plans, and access markets.
• Empowerment Packages: Upon completing the training, participants are provided with starter packs, which may include sewing machines, beauty kits, and other necessary equipment to establish their businesses.
• Internships: The internships are designed to complement the skills acquired during the training phase and prepare participants for successful integration into the workforce.
• Alumni Program: Graduates receive continuing support from the Dream Hope Foundation Alumni Program, including follow-up visits, networking opportunities, and access to additional resources.

The EmpowerHer Fellowship Program is a comprehensive and transformative six-month journey designed to equip and empower you with the skills and support you need to become a wealth creator.
The program focuses on skill development in two sectors: tailoring and beauty therapy. By equipping you with either of these valuable skills, we aim to enable you to become a wealth creator, generating income and establishing sustainable livelihoods. These sectors offer significant potential for self-employment and income generation, providing you with the tools you need to create positive change in your families and communities.
